The Lien International Conference on Good Governance 2025 invites scholars and practitioners from around the globe to submit their research and contribute to discussions on how governance structures can balance resilience, inclusivity, and innovation across sectors, from geopolitical strategy to digital transformation, sustainable development, and financial governance.
Held in conjunction with Singapore’s 60th anniversary of nation building, this edition of the biennial conference is organized by the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), in collaboration with the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS). The conference will take place in Singapore on 21–22 July 2025, under the timely and compelling theme: “Global Resilience and Cultural Diversity.”
Participants are encouraged to submit abstracts (max. 300 words) aligned with the theme, particularly in areas such as:

Historical Lessons in Governance during Crisis
Authors are invited to submit abstracts by 30 April 2025. Those who submit full papers (up to 8,000 words) will be eligible for the Best Paper Awards, with selected papers considered for post-conference publication.
