Following the visit of IIAS Director General, Rolet Loretan, the contract establishing the Congress was signed.

It will be held from 12 to 17 July 2010 in Nusa Dua in the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia.

A presentation of the Congress host island by the local organizing committee will take place during the closing ceremonies of the IIAS Annual Conference in Helsinki  and of IASIA Annual Conference in Rio de Janeiro.
