The 4th International Conference on Public Administration in South Africa hosted by the School of Public Management and Administration (SPMA) in Pretoria, South Africa, Feb. 17 and 18th 2011.

It was attended by Government dignitaries including the Minister of Higher Education, Dr Blade Nzimande, the Minister of Public Service and Administration, Mr. Richard Baloyi and the Minister of Finance, Mr Mandla Nkomfe, Province of Guateng, South Africa.

Prof. Valeria Termini presented the Life Long Award for International Collaboration to Professor Dr. Gelase Mutahaba of the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. In attendance were, Professor Dr. Jerry Kuye, Director of the University of Pretoria School of Public Management and Administration (The SPMA), Professor Dr. Valeria Termini, President of IASIA and Professor of Economics, University of Roma Tre, Mr. Mandla Nkomfe, Minister of Finance, Province of Gauteng, South Africa and the recipient of the Prestigious Award, Professor Dr. Gelase Mutahaba.
