Objectives
The importance of intergovernmental relations as a topic for academic reflection and research is quite straightforward. After all, every government has relations with other governments. The field of IGR covers all types of relations between governmental bodies.
Intergovernmental relations are dynamic in nature and have an impact in terms of both ‘governance’ and ‘management’. Hence, the relevance of improving our knowledge of intergovernmental relations through an EGPA Study Group on the topic.
