Following the EGPA conference in Bucharest and a blind double review process conducted under the supervision of the co-chairs of the group, the Proceedings of the 2011 session of the Law and Public Administration Group will be published by a publishing house in Romania, in 2012.

The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) has published within its Series "The CEPEJ Studies" a report on court quality systems in 8 European states. This Study has been directed by Philip M. Langbroek (Research Director at Utrecht University, the Netherlands) and other international searchers in the field of justice systems. This report inventories experiences with quality management in courts and national quality enhancing policies. It gives indications under what conditions quality management in courts and quality policies for court administration could become a success or failure.
