Under the auspices of the Spanish Presidency of the European union, the EUPAN 54th Directors General Meeting:Human Resources, eGovernment and IPSG was held in Madrid on June 14th, 2010.

On this occasion, Dr. Jacques Ziller, Professor at the University of Pavia and member of EGPA's Steering Committee, made a presentation on "The Lisbon Treaty: What’s new for European Citizens and Member States’ Public administrations?".
