Usually this is called a challenge. And certainly this was one that the Institute set for itself - to ensure, with the support of its members in Europe and Worldwide, that all of its publications provide a prestigious showcase reflecting its latest research and activities in the field of public administration and the administrative sciences.
The rigour of selection concerning the studies published, the innovative ideas undertaken, the in-depth discussions launched should all find an echo, a channel for the expression of ideas and a recompense in the new publications that the International Institute of Administrative Sciences is pleased to present or announce to the readers of this third issue of Publi-Flash.
The Institute already looks forward to its readers' response to this new bulletin as well as to the attention that they will doubtlessly give to the authors and studies presented in the following pages.
