The last meeting took place at Linz University (Austria) on 18-20 June 2010 on the theme: Central Budget Agencies or their functional equivalents and their impact on government and the development of public administration.
The Rapporteur for this theme, Mr. Seppo Tiihonen (Finland) presented the guidelines for research and provided his comments on the draft national reports delivered by the participants. .
