This meeting had the main goal of presenting case studies under the terms of references developed by Seppo Tiihonen, General Rapporteur in the perspective of a future publication. It was also an opportunity to officially present the book "Administration and Crisis Management : The Case of Wartime", subject of previous sessions of the group and edited under the direction of Fabio Rugge who was also elected Chairman of the Group, replacing Vincent Wright who passed away last year. .
