The last meeting of the Project Group took place in Naples at the Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche e giuridiche, Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II on Saturday, 7 May 2011.
During the meeting, further to an introduction by Prof. Sefan Fisch, the participants presented their final paper on the current theme: Central Budget Agencies or their functional equivalents and their impact on government and the development of public administration and the Rapporteur Seppo Tiihonen provided them with his comments, conclusions and recommendations. They also discussed the next theme: The Governance of Food Safety in the 20th century on the basis of guidelines prepared by Prof. Fabio Rugge.
