Welcome Message from the Dean
On 3 May 2013, the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Reims will host the meeting of the History of administration Project Group of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences. It is with great pride and a real satisfaction that we prepare this important event, which includes our Faculty at the heart of a network of prestigious scientific exchanges and essential for reflections on the evolution of the modern administrative organisation. The Faculty of Law and Political Science of Reims, created in its modern form in 1968, has about 2,500 students. It is the seat of numerous training levels: Bachelor, Master and Doctorate in Public Law and Private Law. For many years, it has developed research programs in high-level territorial administration particularly in France and Europe. For three years now, it is conducting a specific work on the soil, the vine and wine field, in conjunction with other disciplines. On behalf of this institution, I am particularly pleased that Reims was chosen for the meeting of the History of the Administration Group. I wish in advance to its participants a pleasant stay and fruitful work within our Faculty.
Professor Olivier Dupéron, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science.
