The Global Governance Group, chaired by Professor Gérard Timsit and coordinated by its Rapporteur, Professor Dimitri Argyriades, began in January of this year to prepare the Group’s work for the publication of its third and last study devoted to Global Public Service Professionalism. The meeting took place at the IIAS Secretariat on 13 and 14 January 2010. As a reminder, the first publication examined culture and structures of global governance and the second the human factor. As with the second volume, it is anticipated that the book will be written in different languages. The Group hopes to finish its work by 2012 and will meet again during the IIAS-IASIA Congress in Bali, Indonesia to finalise the topics of the different chapters.
