The 4th Conférence Braibant was delivered in Berlin on Wednesday 21st September 2005 in the Maritim ProArte Hotel.

For the first time, the lecture took place during the IIAS' Annual Conference and not at the Institute's HQ.

Ignacio Pichardo Pagaza, Former IIAS President (1998-2001) provided the participants with his views on : Environmental protection and public administration.
