This year the speaker of the Lecture was Professor Klaus König of the Deutsche Hochschule für Verwaltungswissenschaften Speyer (Germany).

The theme was: "On the Typology of Public Administration". Professor König was IIAS Vice-President of Western Europe from 1992 to 2001.
