Each Study Group is managed by a Director and a Chairperson, and is necessarily comprised of academics and practitioners.
Papers contributed by members are country studies or comparative studies, which are discussed in the meetings of the groups during the annual conference.
The work of each group is geared towards a publication or series of publications.
